Sealed lyophilised vials are stable for 24 months when kept at 2–8°C, away from light and moisture. Allow a vial to reach room temperature before breaking the seal so condensation does not form on the powder.

After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, store at -20°C, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and label the vial with the reconstitution date. Always work with appropriate PPE in a clean, dedicated laboratory space.

Every batch is independently assayed before release: identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC, and endotoxin screening. Results are recorded against a lot code that is printed on each vial label.

Ask for the signed Certificate of Analysis matching your lot at any time and we send the PDF the same working day. If an assay result ever falls short of the published specification, the batch is destroyed rather than sold.

Orders placed before 2pm CST dispatch the same day from within the United States. Vials ship in discreet, insulated packaging with a cold pack, and tracking is emailed as soon as the label is scanned.

Unopened vials with an intact crimp seal may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be accepted, since chain-of-custody on research material cannot be verified once a seal is broken.
